These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clean&Shine Mobile Car Detailing website and the mobile car detailing services we provide in Cedar Park and the greater Austin TX area. By booking a service, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with Clean&Shine ("Clean&Shine," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Clean&Shine provides mobile car detailing services at the location you specify within our Cedar Park service area, including driveways, apartment parking lots, and office lots. Specific package details, inclusions, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time. While we work to deliver consistent, hand-finished results on every detail, factors outside our control — including weather, water access, vehicle condition, and parking restrictions — may require us to adjust scope, scheduling, or pricing on a case-by-case basis.

Booking and scheduling

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system or by calling (737) 210-4287. Same-day mobile car detailing is offered subject to availability when booked before 11am. By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have authority from the owner to request the service, that the vehicle is accessible at the address provided, and that the address is within our Cedar Park service area.

Pricing, payment, and add-ons

Prices listed on our website reflect typical vehicles in typical condition. Vehicles in heavily soiled condition, oversized vehicles, or vehicles requiring extensive pet hair removal, paint correction, or odor treatment may incur additional charges, which we will discuss with you before performing the work. Payment is due upon completion of the detail unless you have pre-paid through our online checkout. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Optional add-ons, including pet hair removal at $50, may be added at booking or on-site.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule or cancel a mobile car detailing appointment in Cedar Park up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no cost using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a service fee to cover scheduling and travel time. No-shows may be charged the full service price. If we need to reschedule due to weather or operational issues, we will contact you as early as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

Vehicle condition and personal items

Please remove personal items, valuables, and important documents from your vehicle before your scheduled detail. Clean&Shine is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, including loose change, electronics, or items in glove compartments and trunks. We will take care to protect interior surfaces, but pre-existing damage — including paint defects, interior wear, broken trim, loose or aftermarket components, and worn upholstery — may not be possible to repair through detailing and is not the responsibility of Clean&Shine.

Service location requirements

Because we provide mobile car detailing in Cedar Park, the service location must offer reasonable space to work safely around the vehicle. If the service location is unsafe, inaccessible, or prohibited by an HOA, apartment community, or local rule, we may need to reschedule or relocate the service at our discretion. You are responsible for confirming that mobile detailing is permitted at the service address.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean&Shine, its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a single mobile car detailing appointment is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of Clean&Shine Mobile Car Detailing services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis or Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
